LUXBAR is Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood bar and restaurant serving all-American, feel-good food and handcrafted cocktails since 2005. The quintessential American bar, LUXBAR features seasonal and classic cocktails made from freshly pressed juices, premium ice, house made shrubs, and an extensive selection of spirits that runs especially deep in whiskey and bourbon. A “Build Your Own Manhattan” menu, thoughtful, approachable wine list, and beer menu with vintage and local options, make the bar a go-to for casual, mid-week drinks and bites with friends, watching weekend sports and post-shopping.

The all-day food menu and weekend brunch mirror the bar’s classic approach and emphasis on high-quality ingredients with made-from-scratch American favorites. Perfect plates for sharing or enjoying on your own, featuring the Gold Coast filet sliders, house smoked wings, the reuben sandwich and our Lux Royale double patty cheeseburger made with Gibsons Prime Angus and caramelized onions. Entrée sized salads featuring, Kale and Avocado, Caesar and Buffalo Chicken. Roman pan pizzas, cedar-planked salmon, and steak frites.

LUXBAR’s design is inspired by the early twentieth century legendary architect Adolf Loos’ renowned American Bar in Vienna. With its checkerboard floors, rich mahogany walls, black Italian marble accents, fireplace and sprawling bar, LUXBAR has a refined look that exudes warmth and a relaxing vibe.
